E6Built between 1995 and 1998, this new place of worship was equipped with a small Merklin organ, made available by its organist, René Desroches. In 2008 the chapel received an organ built by Paul Simond-Côte (1925-2007), and dated 1993. It was installed in the chapel by Yves Fossaert to support the prayer of the many passengers, travelers, workers of this district, whose chapel offers them a very precious stop and a space for contemplation very precious in the lively whirlwind of urban life.
The chapel of the Lamb of God is situated near the entrance hall of the Gare de Lyon, at the corner of Place Henri Frenay, wanted by Bishop Lustiger to respond to the pastoral concerns of contemporary life. Served by the parish of St Antoine des Quinze-Vingts, it occupies the ground floor of a modern building and has many contemporary works.
